Hi everyone. I have my library sorted by TV/Movie rating. A series goes in its own sub-folder while other shows are left in the root. Below is an example:
TV-G (folder)
|- The Andy Griffith Show (folder)
|- The Carol Burnett Show (folder)
|- The Flintstones (folder)
|- Scooby-Doo (folder)
|- Prep and Landing Naughty vs Nice 2011 TV-G 22min HDTV 720p x264.mkv
|- Prep and Landing Naughty vs Nice 2011 TV-G 22min HDTV 720p x264.nfo
|- A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving 1973 TV-G 30min Blu-ray 720p XvidHD.avi
|- A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving 1973 TV-G 30min Blu-ray 720p XvidHD.nfo
TheMovieDB and TVDB have no issues populating the content in the sub-folders but any files in the root TV-G folder are ignored. The .nfo files are in UTP-8 or ANSI format and simply contain IMDB and/or TheMovieDB links.
Contents of the Prep and Landing .nfo:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2069885/
https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/88096-p...ty-vs-nice
Movie folders are setup the same way and have no issue scraping movies both in the root and in sub-folders. The only difference I can tell is the "This directory contains" field is set to Movies instead of TV Shows.
Can anyone help me understand why Kodi is ignoring the root files in the TV folders?
Thanks in advance.
