Yesterday I added a brand-new harddrive to one of my machines, and setup the same folder structure that I have on a dozen other drives:
G:\_4CD1\
...This is where Movies get stored. All movies all in one folder together, no subdirectories for each movie on its own
G:\_4CD1\_TV Shows [x264]\
...This is where TV Shows get stored. One Folder beneath that per show, named exactly as they are found on TVDB (I'm usually careful about checking there first when I create the directory and copy the exact name). Then folders beneath each of those for each season, with the episodes named in a standard fashion "TVShow.S01E01.720p.mkv" etc.
I added the new sources to my existing Video Sources the exact same way as I have in the past whenever I add a new drive... Edit Source... ADD... Browse... and select G:\_4CD1\ for the one that has MOVIES set as the content, and G:\_4CD1\_TV Shows [x264]\ for the one that has TV Shows set as the content.
Then I added one folder to the G:\_4CD1\_TV Shows [x264]\ called "Ash vs Evil Dead" and it has 3 subfolders under it for each of the seasons with the episodes in them.
Now for some reason, every time it scans, it finds the new video files, but indexes *everything* as "TV Talent Shows at War", a show that I do not nor ever have had in my library.
I tried moving out "Ash vs Evil Dead" and moving in another one called "Still Star-Crossed" with exactly the same results.
It's baffling because I have done exactly the same process a dozen times before and never had an issue.
Here's the debug log:

Here's a snippet of what my sources file looks like:
Any ideas what's going on?
Cheers
