Missing Videos

Hello, 

I have a headless pie running dietpi with kodi. I use filebot to rename and orginize all my files. For some reason Kodi does not see the some of the files. If I scroll down to video and look for the files the exist in files, named correctly with all info. I can play them from this location just curious why they do not show up in Movies of TV Shows?
