Hi. When scraping a big library for the first time some of my tv series get mixed up.
Example: I noticed a couple tv series missing from my library so I entered the Files section and located the tv series in question. It's not scraped. Just a folder icon. However when I press 'Scan to library' theres another tv series showing already. Bad explanation. I'll show you.

Unscraped title within my Media source.

And the wrong TV-series shows up. Notice that the source folder is correctly named. This has happaened with several titles and as a result tv series either don't show up or they do but have episodes linked to the wrong files. However when I update the series it redownloads the data and everything is fine.
I've had this problem on both my Philips TV running Android and my Nvidia Shield. Both are running the Google Play version of Kodi. Both are scraping from the same smb source. I've never had a similar problem with my movies (therefore I suspect the scraper). Anyone know what's causing this? It's not the end of the world, but it is annoying. Sadly I don't have a log as I didn't know of this issue at the time I scraped them.
