I've seen a lot of stuff like this, but I can't seem to find what I would like to use. I have a number of DVDs with multiple movies and I don't want to laboriously hand-craft the .NFO files for them. What I'd like to find is something that will accept a title or IMDB and generate an NFO file for it. Then I can simply extract the <movie> section of the files and combine them into a single file. I found one called Basic NFO creator, but it just generates a bunchy of errors (like invalid COMCTL.OCX) and doesn't play well with Windows 10. I'm not looking for a lot of sophistication, just a simple program that will look up a movie and then generate the appropriate XML file. Any suggestions?
