TheTVDB, TV show not integrated when default language is not EN

Hi.

When TheTVDB scraper is set up to get FR informations first and use EN as fall-back and I try to scrape a TV show that only provide EN information :

then this TV show is not integrated in Kodi library even if URL request give info :

http://thetvdb.com/api/GetSeries.php?ser...anguage=fr

Is it normal ?
