TV Show scraping issue across multiple drives

Hi all! New to the forums and I am hoping that there is someone who can help me...

I am running Kodi on both my Raspberry Pi and also via my Amazon Firestick. I have three separate hard drives, plugged in to the Pi which is running as a media server. My problem is, I am having issues scraping the TV shows on the three HDD's. I have episodes of one show, spread across multiple HDD's and it is not pulling the poster/fan art/banner through.

Is there a way around this at all? Is the answer so incredibly simple that I'm going to feel like I've wasted your good time?

If this has already been asked, by all means, please point me in the right direction
